Ultimate Sales Manager

To meet the needs of Ultimate Sales Manager, Daesign developed a true simulator that faithfully replicates – albeit virtually – the operation of a Renault dealership.

To meet the needs of Ultimate Sales Manager, Daesign developed a true simulator that faithfully replicates – albeit virtually – the operation of a Renault dealership.

At the head of his or her team and in charge of the dialogue between the brand and its customers, Renault sales managers must have excellent sales skills and take on all the responsibilities of a manager. Their role consists in leading their team to the best results while maintaining high quality standards. This means using technical, interpersonal and management skills… which are varied and difficult to combine.

For Renault, the purpose of the serious game was therefore to summarise these skills and to present all the means of access in a single programme.

“Our sales representatives want courses that are more fun, that enable them to continue learning outside face-to-face sessions. They like to be challenged and we favoured an approach that encourages them to improve through the game,” explains Hervé Vialle, Director of the Renault Academy. — Hervé Vialle, Director of the Renault Academy

Training success

The player takes on the role of a Sales Manager who has recently been appointed to this position in an aim to take back control of a team and a sector with poor performances. Their task is to manage the establishment and the team of 4 salespeople, and to take all the decisions concerning the organisation, customer service and sales support, to bring the dealership back to the top of the rankings.

The highly realistic challenges, decision-making, settings and situations have led thousands of learners in different countries to spontaneously challenge each other, to share tactics and to discuss the lessons.

Ultimate Sales Manager is not only a success in terms of training, but also in terms of gamification and team coordination.

Ultimate Sales Manager has been translated into more than 20 languages and deployed with 18,000 salespeople across 40 countries.
