Blended learning courses

Our blended learning courses combine several modalities : virtual or face-to-face classrooms, serious game and peer workshop.

Our blended training courses are run either face-to-face, on your premises, or remotely via Teams, which avoids the organizational constraints of face-to-face training while still benefiting from the support of a live trainer.

All our training courses take place over 1/2 to 1 day, and incorporate the following pedagogical principles:

  • Trainees are confronted with one or more interactive case studies using our serious games, played live, in pairs, and remediated
  • The trainer uses the game to generate debate between peers, which he then transforms into a practical workshop where trainees work on their own case and deliver a deliverable
  • Everything is done in-house: the trainer can therefore adapt the training to the RTE context and the trainees’ needs questionnaires, which are always submitted beforehand
  • Each trainee leaves with a dematerialized training kit to anchor what they have learned
