This training takes a contemporary look at the performance review.

Public (6 to 10 participants) :

Novice managers or established managers who need to refresh their interview techniques as a useful management tool. No prerequisites.

  • Fully understand the structure of the meeting and its technical aspects
  • Develop soft skills to smoothly perform reviews
