How can we equip ourselves to adopt the right posture, identify and manage our employees’ professional malaise, and avoid inappropriate behavior?

This webinar will show you how:

  • The main objectives are to help all employees, and managers in particular, to understand their essential role in well-being at work, and to equip them to achieve this for themselves and their colleagues.
  • Expectations are to raise awareness of the risks, for the individual, the team, the organization and customers, of organizational denial around issues of harassment or inappropriate behavior.
  • The way to achieve this will be, firstly, to explain to them what they do well, the right postures, the points to watch out for, and then to enlighten them on “risky” postures and management. And finally, to guide them on how to identify and deal with a deteriorating situation for their colleagues and teams.
