All our training courses take place over 1/2 to 1 day, and incorporate the following pedagogical principles:

Trainees are confronted with one or more interactive case studies using our serious games, played live, in pairs, and remediated
The trainer uses the game to generate debate between peers, which he then transforms into a practical workshop where trainees work on their own case and deliver a deliverable
Everything is done in-house: the trainer can therefore adapt the training to the RTE context and the trainees’ needs questionnaires, which are always submitted beforehand
Each trainee leaves with a dematerialized training kit to anchor what they have learned
